The Dig-Octa system is the what you need if you feel the Dig-Quad wasn’t able to cut it for you anymore. Giving you more LED outputs and much more power handling capabilities all built with safety and stability in mind. The Dig-Octa system splits LED driving functions (brainboards) and power distribution and fusing (powerboards) into a modular system allowing you to mix and match exactly what you need for your setup!

The highlights of the Dig-Octa Brainboard-32-8L are 8x local level-shifted LED data channels each with a 249R/33R resistor switcher for driving up to 600LEDs per output or a total of 2000 to 3000 LEDs per brainboard!

It can be run stand-alone or combined with a powerboard! Like the Power-5 or Power-7

Known issue: IC failures at 24V (current revision)

On the current board revision, a specific IC can fail when powered at 24V. Not all boards are affected and the failure rate is low. For this specific failure only, warranty coverage is extended to 1.5 years — standard warranty terms still apply to everything else.
